Trail 2 Wellness Fitness & Spa

Trail 2 Wellness Fitness & Spa, located just north of East Burke village off the Burke Mountain Access Road, is dedicated to helping its clients become stronger and healthier through the benefits of fitness classes, personal training, and massage therapy. We work with our clients by promoting strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and recovery so they can enjoy the many varied outdoor activities our area has to offer.

Come discover the quiet solitude of our private location on a babbling brook, and enjoy the intimacy of small class sizes. Our location near Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, and unlike most fitness clubs which only work in large studio spaces, we pride ourselves on being able to offer opportunities for participants to actively engage in the great outdoors when we take to the trails!

Please contact us in advance to schedule massage services. Learn more about our massage offerings.
