Trail 2 Wellness Fitness & Spa, located just north of East Burke village off the Burke Mountain Access Road, is dedicated to helping its clients become stronger and healthier through the benefits of fitness classes, personal training, and massage therapy. This group fitness class will focus on Metabolic Training: High intensity, anaerobic exercises, compound exercises to make you breathless and feeling the burn. Due to the high intensity, this is a 45 minute class. (more)
